PP spunbond non-woven fabric is a new type of agricultural covering material. It has the advantages of light weight, soft texture, easy molding, not afraid of corrosion, not easy to be eaten by insects, good air permeability, no deformation, and no adhesion. The service life is generally 2 to 3 years.
The main functions of non-woven fabrics are: 1. Maintain indoor temperature and save heating times. 2. Reduce humidity and prevent disease. 3. Regulate the sun and block the temperature, protect from wind, rain, hail and pests.
Nonwovens for vegetable production: 15-20 g/m² nonwovens can be used to cover floating surfaces and open ground in greenhouses such as lettuce, lettuce, spinach and alfalfa. 30-40 g/m², can be used as double-channel insulation curtain for greenhouse or cover small ring shed. Non-woven fabrics can also be placed in the middle of double-layer films for insulation and coverage in winter.
When non-woven fabrics are used as floating surface coverings, the following points should be noted: First, a lighter weight should be selected, which increases with the growth of the crop, and has better light transmittance; second, the crops are covered on open land , do not be blown away by the wind; third, try to open the cover at night to increase the photosynthesis of crops, especially the floating surface cover in the greenhouse should pay more attention.
